this lovely apartment, actually maisonette because there is one floor, is located on the first and second floor. you park your car in the courtyard on your own parking space. through the stairs you enter the hall which gives access to various rooms. there is the closed kitchen, the bathroom with shower and sink, a bedroom/study, toilet and living room. and that living room we have to talk about. because, located at the front with a beautiful view of the city canal and the bridge, this can be called unique. with nice weather the french balcony with double doors open, is a fantastic experience.

upstairs you will find two more bedrooms, a toilet with sink and the roof terrace. and that roof terrace is amazing! you have plenty of space, privacy, sun, fresh air, a beautiful view, you name it.
